I’m a full-time REALTOR® with more than a decade of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout the Lake Erie region, including Port Clinton, Catawba Island, Oak Harbor, and the Lake Erie Islands. In 2024, I closed approximately $8.5 million in real estate sales.
I grew up in the area and bring extensive local knowledge of waterfront and second-home properties, boating communities, vacation homes, and the unique issues involved in buying and selling property near Lake Erie.
My approach is straightforward, responsive, and low-pressure. I believe clients deserve clear information, honest guidance, and consistent communication so they can make decisions with confidence. Whether someone is relocating, buying a primary residence, searching for a waterfront or vacation property, or preparing to sell, I stay closely involved from the first conversation through closing.
I’m licensed in both Ohio and Florida and have appeared on HGTV’s Island Life. Before real estate, I worked in television journalism, where I earned Associated Press recognition. That background taught me the value of research, communication, and attention to detail — skills I continue to bring to every transaction.
I’m especially experienced with Lake Erie waterfront, island, and second-home properties, but I also work extensively with buyers and sellers throughout Port Clinton and the surrounding Ottawa County mainland.
