Ryan Wolf did a great job finding a home for my son, that is why I asked him to help me. I and very happy that I did. He did an excellent job. Ryan was always ready to answer questions and explain the things I did not understand. I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone who wants to buy a home.

Ryan was super patient with us and was available when we needed him to be. It was a lot of fun looking for our first home with him and he made our first home buying experience that much better. He was able to answer all of our questions and he made the buying process very smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend him, especially for a first time home buyer.

This was my second time working with Ryan Wolf, and I can honestly say I have no complaints from either experience. He was always available, even at off-hours, and on the rare occasion where I couldn't get ahold of him would always promptly get back to me. He was friendly, offered good advice throughout, knew how to handle every hurdle that came up (of which there were more than a few) and generally just did everything you could want a real estate agent to do.

Long story short, he made the house buying/selling process as pleasant as possible, and I'd recommend him to anybody seeking a real estate agent for their own house purchase or sale.

I think Ryan is one of the best, I would recommend him to everyone I know. He works fast and tells you what works and doesn't. If I purchase another home or sell my home Ryan will be my broker.. he is one of the best and dedicates himself to you and your home.. he also great man. Thanks for everything Ryan.

As a first time seller uncertain of how to choose a potential broker, I tried to find some one I could relate too. I began by viewing the available brokers online and Ryan Wolf's picture portrayed a younger but educated man. I took a chance and believed that this would allow us to establish a good working relationship. I was right, Ryan was absolutely fantastic in his performance as a realtor. Immediately he requested to know my requirements and needs. He addressed me with respect and maintained professional character while balancing his approach with a human touch. This allowed for our relationship to feel like more than just a sale from the beginning. After agreeing to allow Ryan to represent me in the sale of my home, he established a basis with supporting data for which he thought my home was worth.I was determined to get the best possible value for my home and made this clear from the beginning. However, when Ryan returned with the estimated fair market value of my home, I was shocked to find out it was more than I anticipated. He took great pictures and presented me with the listing prior to posting it for my approval. I appreciated this as it made me feel like my opinion mattered and was taken into consideration. The very same day the listing was posted, my home had 5-8 viewings in the very first few hours. Due to Ryan's expertise and experience with the current real estate market and knowledge of establishing the right price, I received a full offer within the first 30 hours of being listed. It was not only a full offer, but an offer with only standard appraisal and inspection contingencies.Through out the remaining duration of the process of closing the sale, Ryan sustained his original approach and was great! I couldn't be any happier with my decision in choosing Ryan Wolf of Century 21 Morrison. I am very satisfied with my experience and I will highly recommend Ryan Wolf to any and all potential buyers and sellers.

Ryan Wolf cared, he was not in it for a quick buck. He was polite to me and to my family. Ryan Wolf did open houses and when my work schedule got tight he worked with me and around my schedule to get our house sold.
Ryan has a vast amount of knowledge and strong community ties which made things very simple for me because I was living 100miles+ away from the house I sold. He is great.
