When we first started looking for rural property / ranch we had not spoken to Ryan. After speaking to our lender and getting a pre approval we reached out to Ryan about a specific listing but unknown to us someone had already made an offer that was accepted. After that Ryan had set up our search and being North Dakota there are not many homesteads that go up for sale. We happened upon a listing just outside our search area and Ryan set up the viewing immediately the next day. We loved it and wanted to make an offer.
