I have been a professional full-time real estate agent in California for 20 years. I have 5 children, 8 grand-children and a wonderful husband. I live every day by putting god first and wouldnt have it any other way! I have survived every market from the fast, rapid market to the huge crash and decline in property values, to todays market by operating in the best interest of my clients which has in turn been my source of referral business. I believe that if a transactions isn’t beneficial to all parties, then it is not one that I will partake in. I am a tough negotiator so that the benefit of the bargain leans in the direction of my customer. My word is everything, without that, I would be nothing! One of huge reasons that I had become a Realtor is that Real estate is a career for the entrepreneur who will only get out of his hard work what he put into it. Real estate is a service based industry and I love to make people smile, especially my clients.
