Sandy has 50 year experience as a Real Estate Broker and 55 years experience as a builder. She served as a certified general real estate appraiser for 20 years. Sandy opened Homestead Realty in 1974. With her many years of experience in the real estate and building business, Sandy has an extensive background in real estate sales, building, financing, appraisals, consultations and working with relocation firms.

Sandy is president of B.J. Builders, Inc., a company founded by her father in 1953. Sandy joined the company in February 1970 and has been very involved in the building business ever since.

Sandy is active in the community, she currently serves as President of Main Street Point Pleasant, she is a member of the Mason County Foundation, om the board of directors, Marshall University Mid Ohio Valley Center, member of Mason County Chamber of Commerce, member of WV Health Care Authority Board, member of the Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors, the WV Association of Realtors.
