I am from out of town and first had selected another realty in town. They had poor customer communication skills, leaving me wondering if they were even interested since I wasn't local. A local family friend recommended Champion Realty and when I called, Sandy answered the phone. Being 1100 miles away, you can imagine the anxiety you could have wondering if you would be taken care of especially after the first encounter. Sandy called me the following day with a game plan and the next weekend the home was under contract and sold much higher than my expectations.Sandy is professional, attentive, committed, knowledgeable and HONEST! I can't say enough about how comfortable she makes you feel.
I drove from Goodlettsville , Tennessee to empty the contents and ran out of time to clean. Sandy even has connections locally and had it cleaned . That's a huge plus to someone so far away. Please consider Sandy when you need a realtor. Sandy won't let you down. Thank you, Sandy for everything!!

From buying our first home and now selling that first home, Sandy has been absolutely extraordinary. She's taken care of us from start to finish. Sandy is a polite realestate person. It is emotional to believe in what you are selling. This was my story, my lifes work that I was proud of. Sandy saw this and respected this was not easy. When you dream about building something and then you have to let go, it is emotional as well as a journey. Sandy is a good person who uses descernment. She did a good job at looking our for us. Our buyer was excited and at times a bit pushy.

Sandy Macke was recommended to me from a friend, and from the very beginning was nothing but courteous, helpful and very professional. Not only did Sandy help in the aid of selling my home , but was also very instrumental in finding my new home! I had been in my current home for almost 20 years, so there was definitely some emotion in not only selling, but in the purchasing of a new home, and throughout the whole process. Sandy was very helpful in getting my home listed, in helping to answer questions that I had, and she learned very quickly what I was and wasn't interested in as far as buying a new home.
