Sandy was a truly a savior. It was our first time buying a home and we didn't have the typical home buying experience. There was a lot of miscommunication or no communication from our banker and title company, Sandy was always in constant communication with us and available whenever we needed her. Sandy was always encouraging us to hang in there and that this was not how buying a home normal went. Without her we would probably still not have closed on our house! We are very grateful that she was our relator and appreciated how helpful she was through the whole process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy their next house!

There where a lot of repairs with getting the sale closed and Sandy was quick to communicate with contractors and seller to make sure things moved along quickly. I was not actively looking to sell my home and purchase another, but on a whim I found a house that looked perfect for my needs. When my wife and I saw it, we just loved it. I told Sandy that I would have to sell my current house, and I wasn't sure if that would work in the time frame we needed. We sat down and crunched some numbers, and she assured me we could make it work. Like the best realtors I know, Sandy will not give opinions unless they are based on fact. When she listed my house to sell, we had a full price offer within 24 hours of listing. Selling my house to buy another turned into a double closing, and the seller of my new house buying another turned it into a triple stacked closing. Getting the timing right was a dance best left to Sandy, as I resort to bigger hammers, which doesn't seem to work in real estate. Kudos to Sandy for balancing multiple transactions and getting everything done without a hitch!

Sandy was very helpful polite and just overall very good to work with I wish I could given her as much as she gave to me and my family

House I was interested in was previous listing (expired) that was still up on obscure website and she offered to inquire of the owner if home would be available for purchase as I was not interested in renting it which is what she was retained to do.

She was very helpful in pushing my closing thru quickly and accommodating my requests to see the home more than once.

Sandy contacted me immediately after I had been on Zillow looking at possible properties. She continued to contact me as new listings were becoming available. My final determining factor in moving forward with Sandy was hearing to plan for marketing my home for a quick sale. I was impressed with her determination and work ethic.

I cannot say enough good about Sandy. She went above and beyond what I could have asked for in realtor. She was always professional, positive, and so patient with everyone involved in the sale.
