She immediately set herself apart as the only Realtor who took the time to actually call me when I started my search for a Realtor, everyone else sent robo calls, texts, and automated emails.

She was upfront and honest regarding my asking price for the market conditions and what work needed to be done to make the house sell. She communicated with me constantly throughout the process, and answered all my questions.

She was outstanding in every regard. I would absolutely ask her to work with me again, and would recommend her to anyone selling their home without hesitation.

Exceptional work from Sara!
My house was listed very quick in all major web sites, got top rated immediately, and Sara found a buyer for less than two weeks for the price that we both agreed. She handled entire process seamlessly, guided me through the negotiation, inspections, filling up the documentations.
It was pleasure working with Sara. I would hire her again, if I get chance.

My agent was Sara Hartz. Throughout the search and purchase, Sara was an amazing person to work with. She took the time to learn in minute detail what kind of property we wanted and where we wanted it, and found a near-perfect house (with the perfect house existing only in my imagination!). We always knew where we were in the process and what was happening. Considering the loan issues we had (we went through four types of loans as we changed our minds on what improvements we wanted to make on the home we were buying), Sara remained flexible and ensured that all the purchase paperwork was correct and we were getting the best possible deal. I'm hoping Sara will be my mother's agent when she sells her property. And while I would recommend her in a heartbeat, she might not recommend ME as a client! Oh, well . .
