I have been involved in real estate since 2004 when I bought my first investment property. I have been licensed in the Atlanta area since 2016. I treat every client the way I would want someone to treat my mom, dad or best friend. I focus on educating my clients about the process and making sure they have all the knowledge they need to make the choices that help them reach their real estate goals.
I also work hard to anticipate anything tricky that could cause an issue and make sure that my clients feel prepared for those moments even if they are simply a possibility and we have a plan in place. I’ve found that by doing this I am able to reduce a lot of the things that cause the most stress a long the way.
At the end of the day if it’s not good for you as my clients then it’s not good for me and I am always in your corner supporting you during the buying and selling process.

I have purchased two homes and sold another with Sarah Perman. In our most recent purchase, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and resourceful throughout a buying process that not many agents would have navigated successfully. We ran into a number of issues throughout diligence and prior to close that required renegotiating the terms of the purchase. She was successful every step of the way in negotiating with the seller on our behalf. Sarah approaches representation as if she is working on behalf of a close friend or family member. That level of care and concern is rare and never faded throughout the inevitable twists and turns of the buying/selling process.
My partner and I were checking out an open house in our neighborhood, at the time we were casually looking, although we were considering buying a new home in the Atlanta area at some point, we hadn't seriously started the process. The best thing about the open house was meeting Sarah Perman; Sarah was a wealth of knowledge about the housing market, the different Atlanta neighborhoods, and of course the home buying process. Sarah was always there to help us out and answer questions until we were ready to actually start the process to get my home on the market and start seriously looking for a new home, but never tried to pressure us one way or another. One of the things I appreciated most about Sarah was her attention to detail as we would look at homes, Sarah had an eagle eye for potential issues in homes that we would totally have missed, and made sure to point them out to us as we would go through the house.
