They stated a personal interest in listing our ranch house in an upscale neighborhood of mostly 2 story homes. They were spot on in saying the buyer will be out there, not every buyer but one uniquely suited for a ranch home. We discussed the realtor fee and he replied he would be flexible if needed. There was a little price negotiating and a couple of questionable repairs requested. He stepped up and participated with his fee reduction. The Realtor experience was friendly and very professsional.
