Scott Bresnahan

I have called Florida's First Coast home since 2004, when my family and I traded in the bitter Mid-West winters for the Sunshine State's year-long warmth. Even though I am not a native Floridian, having spent more than a decade living, working and raising a family on the First Coast, I have become an expert in Jacksonville's lifestyle, neighborhoods, schools, communities and residents.

Prior to real estate, I worked in consultative sales and sales management. My strengths in negotiating, problem-solving and focusing on the customer, along with my commitment to solution-oriented problem solving, are the hallmarks of my commitment to provide my customers with an exceptional experience.

I am the father of two adult sons and two adult step-sons. I am a proud military father with children serving in the Air Force, the Navy and the Army. I am an avid SEC College football fan, enjoy going to the theatre with my wife and am a strong advocate of personal health and fitness.
