A+ Service is what comes to mind when I think about Shannon and our interactions with her. She goes above and beyond for her customers! If we needed to sell our home and or buy another house, we would love to have her as our agent again.

Shannon was helpful from the beginning of the sale to the end. She advised on how to “stage” the house as well as simple exterior improvements to enhance the appearance. She was understanding, always available, and kind with whatever questions or concerns that we had during the entire process. I would highly recommend Shannon if you want someone who will work with you to deliver the best experience for both the seller and the buyer.

From start to finish Shannon was incredibly professional and efficient. She communicated well with every party involved in a complicated transaction. Shannon Clark was awesome from the start. Her knowledge of the industry and all aspects of it was exemplary. She answered all my questions that I had as a new home buyer and gave me advice along the way. She was on top of the whole process when dealing with the loan company and made this purchase extremely easy.

Shannon Clark really knows the Bradford County area and the type of buyers that are interested in the area and the properties they are looking to buy. She knows how to position a listing for the best price and timely sale. She worked well with the other agents in the area for coordinating the showing of our house.

Shannon did a good job handling the negotiations on the final price between us and the buyer. Things settled fast and with no hitches.

Shannon has sold two houses for us ( 2018 and 2021). The markets were very different and she did a great job getting us a good price in a timely manner in both situations.
