I have to say that I am very happy to have Shannon Clark as our realtor.

We were selling a church parsonage, that had three difficulties:
1. The state Attorney general has to approve the sale.
2. No one had been living in it for several years, leaving some 'issues'.
3. The township had a ancient road right of way that ran right through the property.
((an actual real road exists, but no where near the ancient right of eay.))

Throughout this all Shannon realy helped move things along and supported us during the sale.

I would not use anyone else, if you are selling or buying in her territory!
