We were pleased to obtain Sharon Clark as our realtor as her professionalism and skills helped us achieve the goal and plan we had for the sale of our home. It was random that she was recommended to us and once we met there was no question about continuing service with her. We were not interested in persuing any other realtor as Sharon made us feel comfortable from the first appointment and was able to answer all our questions to put us at ease to continue with the sale of our home.

I can't thank Sharon enough for doing what she did in order to get us the house of our dreams. She was very easy to get ahold of day and night. Went above and beyond of what I expected a realtor to do for example going over to the sellers of our house at 11 at night to get signatures was very impressive. I would recommend Sharon to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Our listing generated interest/potential buyers during a slow season locally (March 2016). Sharon Clark arranged for an open house within a week of our listing. Sharon took into consideration our timing & preferences regarding our need to sell as well as purchase a different home. She was very accessible and promptly addressed our questions/concerns throughout the entire transition of selling and buying.

We live a long way from the city and Sharon Clark went beyond what was her duty to help us prepare the condo for sale. She provided suggestions for improvements and was available to give contractors access to the condo, saving us several trips to the city. Sharon is friendly and enthusiastic about her job. She is able to explain procedures and contracts in a meaningful way. She was able to sell the condo in a very difficult market.

We had been dealing briefly with a broker from another agency who we found very difficult to deal with. We knew after being introduced to Sharon that we were in capable hands from the start, her professional, yet very approachable demeanour set us at ease immediately.

Buying a home can be overwhelming when it comes to the paperwork required! Sharon had everything perfectly organized and guided us through each document with ease. Appointments with inspectors were organized on our behalf. Negotiating the price and terms of our purchase were handled very quickly!
