While I grew up on the Eastern Shore, I lived in the DC area for a number of years so between both I have a good feel for the needs of people living on the Shore. As well as the challenges and concerns that often come up when someone from another area relocates here. My experience in many areas of Real Estate before becoming an agent, including commercial project development and agriculture(not to mention being a son of a farmer) give me a unique insight into the special challenges people face when building a house or developing a piece of land.
