Shelly Westendorf

My name is Shelly Westendorf, I'm co-owner of Brown & Westendorf Realty Group of Keller Williams Elite Realty. After becoming a Realtor in 2015 I realized this is what I was meant to do. Working with clients, contractors, co-op agents and affiliates is what fuels me at the end of the day. I have a real estate team of six agents, one administrative staff and one marketing specialist. Meeting with buyers to educate them on the buying process is the most important step so that we are all on the same page. Helping the sellers get top dollar in the timeframe needed is a strength of ours. Our listing to sell ratio is 98%.
