Sherri Williams put a lot of effort in trying to sell our house and showed the house to a good number of possible buyers. She kept us updated and the house should have sold to the first buyer, however, the buyer back out of the deal a the very last minute probably because they decided they could not afford the mortgage, insurance, etc.
