It was great to work with Stephanie. This was my first time purchasing a house and appreciate how proactive she was at each stage of the process. From the initial start of looking at properties, she would give insight to the neighborhood, school district, taxes, etc. I was moving out of state so having that type of insight while looking at houses was a great help in choosing the right property. The mortgage lender I choose was the biggest restraint out of the process but Stephanie was very professional and I fully believe if it wasn’t for her multiple interactions with the mortgage lender to escalate our contingencies, we wouldn’t have been able to finalize the loan and ultimately would have lost the house. Luckily we were able to get the house and couldn’t be happier.

Stephanie helped me sell my home and find a new home for my husband and I. She went beyond her duties as an agent to help us sell our home and get the best price for us. She even helped us to setup two large garage sales, since we were downsizing to a smaller condo. She went out of way and fought very hard to get us the perfect condo, where we will spend the rest of our lives. We are retired and like to have a worry free environment, she helped us find.
