Inventory in North Las Vegas is moderate, with 843 homes for sale and 3.5 months of supply pointing to a clear seller’s market. With 341 new listings and 343 pending sales in February 2026, homes are moving through the pipeline steadily even as new listings are down 20.33 percent from last year.
Pricing is adjusting gradually, as the typical home value sits around $415,000 and the median list price is $419,900. Even though typical values are down 1.19 percent year over year, they inched up 1.22 percent month over month, while sellers still receive about 99 percent of their asking price on average with a sale-to-list ratio of 0.992.
Days on market have tightened to 46, dropping more than 20 percent since last month and just over 6 percent from a year ago, which signals faster decisions for both sides. Looking ahead to March 2026, projections show a slight rise in typical values to $417,500 and a small dip in inventory to 833 homes, while values in Clark County as a whole hover higher at about $440,000, so both buyers and sellers can benefit from connecting with an Agent Pronto–recommended agent to navigate these conditions and make confident moves.
