Tera Wilson was exceptional throughout the process. When she called my wife after she had done an internet search for homes, my wife was confident over the phone she would be a good agent for us. Coming from out of State, and having never been to Prescott before we really needed someone like Tera. She was very accessable and understood what we were looing for. She gave excellent advice and it was obvious her advice was well balanced and in our best interest. Tera has great resources for contractors and vendors to evaluate and give estimates on repairs of the property to address with the seller. She was very helpful with good advice on the property negotiations. I felt she has great negotiation skills. I've worked with many agents over the years and she is definitely Top Tier. She has gone above and beyond and after the sale has continued to take care of minor details to make things perfect in our absence, and to be a great asset. I highly recommend her without reservation.
