Tera Lynn Wilson went above and beyond to meet our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and when we were not able to get up to Prescott (from Phoenix) for second termite inspection she met with inspector on our behalf. She kept us updated on each step of the proceedings which all went very smoothly in less than 3 weeks from start to finish. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Met Tera while we were looking at model homes in the area for retirement. Did not know that she was a real-estate agent until we spoke in detail and explained to her our real estate needs. My wife and I were so pleased with Tera's knowledge and professionalism that we decided to use her services even though another realtor had provided his services the day prior.
