Tom Dixon was a pleasure to work with on the sale of our home and purchase of another home. He made what is normally a very stressful process very easy and was great to work with. I would highly recommend Tom and Bette Dixon to both first time buyers and sellers and those that have done this a few times.

The whole process of selling my home was orchestrated very well between Tom Dixon and his office support and seemed to run like clockwork but with a personal touch. Tom completed the initial home analysis and price evaluation with comps very quickly. Once I decided to list, things moved very rapidly also, which was great. Excellent, professional photos were taken, attractive brochures were printed up, online listings went up and an Open House was quickly scheduled.
During the period of showings, Tom was always very responsive to any of my texts or email inquiries and usually got back to me within a half hour. I appreciated that as he was able to calm my panic or answer my questions in a timely fashion. It's all a very finely tuned operation, well worth the investment.
