Inventory in Rochester has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up more than 40% year over year and 35 homes now on the market. New listings have also increased by about 17%, indicating more owners are deciding to sell. At the same time, homes sold are up modestly from a year ago, while pending sales have slipped slightly, suggesting buyers have more options and are taking a bit longer to commit.
