I chose Tom Dixon as a potential realtor because of his high ratings on various sites as I was looking to put one of two houses I had up for sale. He immediately responded and stood outside of a bitter cold winter day to advise me on the propert even though he had not yet gotten the job.

Once hired to sell a property I inherited Tom did an excellent job of advising us on what needed to be done to make the house more attractive to potential buyers. Preparing the house for sale was a lengthy process. Tom was very patient through the long, long process of finalizing the estate in order to sell the house. If I could give Tom higher than excellent in "patience" I would! His help getting the house ready and his updates on how things were progressing were invaluable; and, then his very quick finding a buyer once the house was ready (which he did in one day) was amazing.

I would hire Tom again if I had property for sale in the area.

Tom was excellent. My banker recommended him and he came to see the house within hours of our initial contact. We had a number of issues with the main problem of replacing the septic system. Tom was a great help in getting the project completed allowing us to finally sell the property to a young couple that really wanted the house. Throughout the process Tom was very professional and attentive to the situation.

We would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a realtor.

We had already moved to NC and Tom helped manage a long distance relationship. Whenever I called if Tom was tied up, he would always promptly return the call. I know that is part of the job, but many people don't do those little things that can make a big difference.
