I met Tom at an open house he was hosting. He is such a genuinely friendly and caring person that although I did not purchase that property, he was very diligent in keeping in touch and keeping an eye out for other properties that would be of interest to me. A true asset to Century 21!

Though most of home purchases these days are done electronically, Tom stayed in touch with me frequently to let me know of the progress of the purchase. He really cared that I was up to date on the various aspects of the purchase, and made sure I understood the whole process.

What more is there to say? He was terrific!

Long story - when my husband Mike and I first met Tom - Mike was fairly healthy - we looked at several places but nothing fit - then Mike was diagnosed with cancer - so we put house hunting and selling on hold - Mike came through it - we found what we wanted in new house and put our long time home up for sale - 5 offers first day. Then Mike caught covid - so did I - Mike passed away - I ended up having to back out of everything - Tom was very understanding and did not give up on me - when I was ready so was Tom and we started over -sold first day back on market and Tom helped me find the new home that fit for me. Great job Tom - thanks for hanging in there with me!!!

At the time we met Tom - we were just out driving around and saw an open house that looked interesting - Tom was the realtor and he gave us his card and we gave him our email address. He asked what we were looking for - he set us up to receive emails with homes he thought we would be interested in.

Tom was never pushy - he was there when I needed him to be - and when I needed time away from the house hunting - he gave me that time. He was very understanding through the whole house buying and selling experience. I had been through a lot - personally - and Tom was always mindful and respectful of what I needed.

Tom was available, ready and willing to help any time I called.
