Even setting aside my relation to Aaron, he provided top notch service, was incredibly attentive and helpful in every aspect of our search and purchase of the home. I don't think I could think of a single critique of his work, as he always had great attention to detail and always prioritized answering questions we had, as well as facilitating effective communication regarding every step of the process of searching for and purchasing our home.

Aaron was able to make me comfortable that he could help us take care of all the issues involved in moving out of our home and taking care of the place when we were not there anymore. The value added service was critical to us. I did not mind paying a little extra for extra service. In a sense, selling the house was less of a concern. Aaron was good help with all aspects of the project.

Aaron Aulner did a great job of guiding us through our first home purchase. He told us what the next steps were at all times and always asked us if we had any questions and made sure we were all on the same page, easing any anxiety that I had. Aaron followed through on what he said he was going to do-contacting other agents, getting paperwork ready, sending the emails, making the phone calls, etc. He also saw all the little things in the houses we were looking at and explained what he was looking for when we were looking at properties, etc. and taught us what to look for as well. He also made gentle suggestions as to what would probably need fixing and how to do that. (Much appreciated for us first-time home owners!)

This was my first time assuming a mortgage loan for a house I purchased. Aaron was always available when I called with a question or concern. Aaron answered my questions in a timely fashion. My wife and I could see that Aaron was genuine and had our best interest at heart.

Aaron was recommended to us from my manager at work who had previously served with Aaron in the Air force. The recommendation stated that Aaron was a stand up guy who will do right right by you, and Aaron absolutely stood up to all the hype!

Aaron was very flexible and had great communication, if we had a question he would respond as expeditious as possible. We were on the same page as to thoughts on putting in offers and he guided us through the process. We would recommend him to anyone looking for their new home.

Aaron was extremely patient with us. He showed us over 40 homes and never once did he make us feel like we were burdening him or wearing down his patience. He was always very friendly and happy to drive us all around Omaha to find the perfect home. We have worked with him before this and will again in the future if the need arises.
