I tend to be a tough critic because of the high standards I have. I can 100% say Valeria exceeded my standards! She was the perfect agent for the job. From the first day we met she came prepared with the paperwork and answered all my guests. She never made me feel like a bother when I would contact her late at night or in the early hours of the morning. She made me feel heard, seen and understood. As a very young home owner, I have stumbled across agents who did not take me seriously and I can say didn’t experience that here. I would recommend Valeria to anyone looking to sell their home. I will be going back to her when I am ready to buy a new property. She managed to get a great offer on my home in less than a week from posting the house on the market.
