I’m Vanessa Stoddard, Team Lead of the Stoddard Realty Team at Century 21. As a lifelong Iowa Park resident with over 10 years in real estate and 5 years as a listed agent, I bring local expertise and a passion for helping first-time home buyers, investors, and sellers. My journey started at 18 as a real estate assistant, and I have a background in insurance.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family—my husband William, who runs Stoddard Home Services, and our kids, Killian and Adaline. I also love interior design, reading, and creative pursuits.
