The team of Vanessa and Casey were available at that moment and spoke with me.
We scheduled an onsite meeting and they came prepared with pricing documentation of properties around me and provided a strstegy to get the property on the market.
They were able to get this up and going and had an offer on the table within a couple days. They were great at commu icating the offer and sending the counter offer back to the offering party.

We settled on a price and had a closing date.
