Vanessa, Is a person that`s dedicated to her job.She wants her client to be satisfied. Even if she come up short sometime. She is verry knowlegable about her job. And she is the kind of person that goes the extra mile with a big smile on her face,that is so contagious she makes you feel good just been around her, We need more people like that in the world.
