Stark Realty was founded on a simple observation: most real estate brokerages are built around commission splits, national branding, and generic marketing. None of that helps a seller price their home accurately. None of that helps a buyer understand what a neighborhood is really like. And none of that helps an agent build a local reputation.

We started Stark Realty to do things differently. As local property owners, brokers, and market watchers in Euless and the HEB corridor, we built a brokerage around what actually matters — neighborhood-level market intelligence, practical guidance, and honest representation.

We are not trying to be the biggest brokerage in DFW. We are building the most trusted one in our market.
