In March 2026, sellers listed homes at a median price of about $340,000, while buyers saw a typical market time of 56 days. Roughly 31.8 percent of listings had a price drop, and about 16.6 percent of homes sold above list, with an average sale-to-list ratio just under 0.98, indicating that final prices are close to asking but with some room to negotiate.
Looking ahead to April 2026, typical values are projected to ease slightly to about $335,875, with the median list price expected to hover near $335,502 and inventory edging down to around 3,027 homes.
