Saks had 12 new listings and 19 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 30—down 3.23% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.
Of those 30 active listings, 30.0% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Saks fell 0.0% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $169,900. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.
