Arabian Views had 8 new listings and 4 listings that went under contract in May, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 9—up 12.5% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in June.
The median listing price for homes in Arabian Views fell 2.79% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $1,122,500. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year.
