Lake Hamilton’s rolling three-month snapshot shows inventory building while contract activity has cooled compared with a year ago. Active listings are roughly flat year over year, but months of supply has surged to about 19 months, a sharp increase from around 15 months at the end of 2025 and from single-digit levels in 2024.
