For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $240,580 in Warrington for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $252,740 in May.

Navy Point had 12 new listings and 10 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 11—down 15.38% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

The median listing price for homes in Navy Point grew 0.18% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $277,500. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.
