Year-over-year, Florida home values edged up while listing prices saw only a slight increase, signaling steady but moderate price growth. At the same time, active listings declined notably from last year, tightening overall inventory even as the market is characterized as a neutral environment.
In the latest April 2026 snapshot, the typical home value is about $394,000, with a median list price just over $409,000. Buyers face roughly 202,000 active listings and a median of 70 days on market, offering more time to compare options than in faster-paced markets.
Sales activity has firmed up compared with a year ago, with homes sold up and pending sales rising at an even faster pace. With months of supply around 5.5 and only about 8% of homes selling above list at roughly 96% of asking on average, price expectations are reasonably aligned between both sides of the table, and Agent Pronto can help buyers and sellers connect with an agent who understands these conditions.
