Crawford County had 6 new listings and 4 listings that went under contract in June, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 12—up 50.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in July.
Of those 12 active listings, 33.33% reduced their price in the month of June. The median listing price for homes in Crawford County fell 25.6% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $232,500. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to fall.
