I highly recommend using Mandy as your agent if you plan to look for properties in the Baldwin County area or surrounding counties. She has lived in Milledgeville all of her life and knows the area, people, and history. She is always in a positive mood and is there to assist without being pushy. She has an endless amount of energy and patience. Mandy truly cares and wants you to find the home or property that will make your dreams come true. I purchased a large tract of land through Mandy and she helped to negotiate the best price for me, and was a godsend through the closing process. She really knows her stuff.
