Jasper County had 39 new listings and 25 listings that went under contract in June, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 105—down 2.78% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in July.
Of those 105 active listings, 29.52% reduced their price in the month of June. The median listing price for homes in Jasper County fell 13.5% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $345,900. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to fall.
