Fulton had 2 new listings and 10 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 12—down 20.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 12 active listings, 33.33% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Fulton grew 129.27% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $274,900. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
