Mississippi City had 13 new listings and 11 listings that went under contract in June, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 23—down 28.13% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in July.
The median listing price for homes in Mississippi City fell 31.94% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $245,000. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to fall.
