For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $785,000 in Nassau County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $792,500 in June.

Old Westbury had 4 new listings and 1 listings that went under contract in May, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 12—up 9.09% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in June.

Of those 12 active listings, 16.67% reduced their price in the month of May. The median listing price for homes in Old Westbury grew 7.11% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $3,749,000. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to grow.
