September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $535,000—up 22.43% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $210,000 in Cleveland Heights for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $184,000 in October.

Cedar Fairmont had 18 new listings and 15 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 15—up 15.38% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
