I have known Steve DeWitt for years, and I have seen over these years how he has been able to help people find their dream homes. In 2013, I decided to go from a renter to a home owner, and he was the first person I thought to contact. Home searching can be stressful and over whelming at times, but he made the process seamless; obviously an expert in his field.

The home I ended up purchasing was not listed on the market. I advised him I was interested, and he found a way to contact the owners to see if they would be interested in selling (rather than renting). After about 3 months (I had to wait for the current renter's lease to expire) I was able to move in. The whole process Steve was right there with me, and even recommended great people to do my home inspection.
