For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $143,000 in Cleveland for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $150,250 in September.

Woodland Hills had 26 new listings and 27 listings that went under contract in August, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 17—down 10.53% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in September.
