South Linden’s rolling three-month data through May 2026 points to cooler prices compared with a year ago. The typical home value is down about 8% year over year, while the median list price has slipped a bit more than 2%. Over the same period, months of supply has expanded sharply, rising to 4.9 months, which is a much looser setup than a year ago.

Homes sold are down nearly 24% from last year’s level, and pending sales have also fallen by about 13%, signaling softer demand.
