Homes are also taking much longer to sell than a year ago, with median days on market up 85.37 percent despite a recent pullback. At the same time, pending sales have climbed 34.62 percent year over year, showing that buyers are still active even as conditions shift.
In February 2026, the typical home value in Fulton County was about $185,000, well below the Ohio typical value of $253,000. Sellers were still favored overall, with a seller's market reading of 19 and months of supply at 3.1, even though 25.76 percent of listings saw a price drop and only 28.57 percent of homes sold above list.
