Wayne County home values in July 2026 were about 4% higher than a year ago, outpacing the statewide gain of just under 4% while still sitting below Ohio’s typical price level. At the same time, active listings were down nearly 19% year over year, even as Ohio as a whole saw inventory rise, showing tighter local supply than the broader state market.
