Where to begin! Carey led my wife and I through the turmoil of searching for a home during the darkest of times we have seen! Battling multiple offers left & right, she was as good as it gets. My wife and I liked to think of her as our "second mom" during our house search, which lasted over 10 months. Through a handful of offers on multiple homes within our budget and checking all our boxes, she finally found us our dream home. It was a long haul, but her words struck true- "we must stay patient. I will be here with you whether it takes 6 weeks or 6 months or a year or more. the right one will come!" When our house hit the market, she had us act quickly and efficiently. She worked on getting our offer in the same day as the viewing, as she traveled out of town on a Friday night. It was her dedication to helping us in a timely manner that allowed us to get our house, which had our offer accepted the next morning before any competing offers could hit the seller.
