Sans Souci had 7 new listings and 14 listings that went under contract in May, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 27—down 20.59% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in June.
Of those 27 active listings, 29.63% reduced their price in the month of May. The median listing price for homes in Sans Souci grew 15.96% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $289,900. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to grow.
